The mission of the Food Safety & Quality (FSQ) organization is to lead the development, implementation and execution of quality and food safety assurance systems in support of the strategic plans of The Schwan Food Company.
DUTIES &
Responsibilities:
o Act as a Food Safety and Quality liaison between key customers of our business units, business unit staff, product development and manufacturing staff to ensure customer product-related requests for formulations, specifications, import, export, sustainability, government documents, etc. are completed accurately and on time
o Research International product exportation requirements to develop procedures that better assist with the product exportation process
o Complete & present an international compliance needs analysis to leadership
o Create a file of all current export paperwork to ensure consistency & accuracy of process
o Conduct a breakeven cost analysis of exporting.
o Partner with FSQ team to understand and complete all requests (customer, government, legal) and ensure their accuracy.
o Responsible to conduct yourself in a manner consistent with company values, code of ethics policies, and other standards of conduct.
Qualifications: Education: Currently enrolled in college degree program in Food Science w/ Food Safety Emphasis, Business, or related degree program. GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred with anticipated graduation date of December 2015 or May 2016.
Work
Experience: 0-2 years related experience.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
o Ability to take initiative and drive for results o Comfortable navigating through ambiguity o Strong verbal and written communication skills o Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions o Understanding of food safety HACCP and basic food regulatory requirements o Posses a Basic Understanding of the manufacturing environment and basic production operation

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
