Doherty Staffing Solutions in partnership with our client company in Marshall, MN is currently interviewing for a Loan Documentation Specialist.
SUMMARY
Our client, is seeking a Loan Documentation Specialist, to work 1st shift in their Marshall, MN location. This position reports to Department Manager. The pay range is $12.00-$13.50 per hour.
Loan Documentation Specialist Responsibilities
The Loan Documentation Specialist position is responsible for:
Complete and Review lease packages to ensure all legal and compliance guidelines are adhered to.
Communicate with staff, customers, and clients to respond to inquiries, resolve problems, and obtain additional documentation needed to complete a file.
Generate purchase orders
Keep Documentation Supervisor informed of unusual documentation situations as they occur.
Performs all other duties as assigned by Documentation Supervisor.
Loan Documentation Specialist Requirements
The following are required for the Loan Documentation Specialist role.
Associate's degree (AA) or equivalent from 2-year College or technical school; or 6 months to a year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Work independently and possess strong decision-making skills.
Must be a self-starter and have the ability to work effectively under pressure with minimal supervision.
